Needle roller bearings use slender rollers giving a very low radial section height and relatively high radial capacity in tight space, but they carry no axial load (except thrust needle and combined types). Common forms: drawn cup needle roller bearings (HK / BK, where the shaft journal itself serves as the raceway and must be hardened), machined ring types (NA / NK), designs without an inner ring (RNA) and with one (NA), plus combined radial needle and thrust needle units. The critical selection point is whether the shaft journal hardness and surface finish meet the requirement for acting directly as a raceway.
NA4868 is supplied by RAYSDE through ISO 9001:2015 certified partner factories, with both stock and build-to-order options. Standard-part MOQ is tiered by bore: ≤50mm:500 pcs / 51–100mm:100 pcs / 101–300mm:20 pcs / >300mm:4 pcs; non-standard items are quoted per drawing. Send an inquiry for formal pricing and lead time.
Key parameters of the NA4868 Needle Roller Bearing: bore d=340.0mm, outer D=420.0mm, width B=80.0mm, dynamic load Cr=616.0kN. For the full dimension table, load and speed data, and CAD drawings, please contact RAYSDE.
Fitted to automotive gearboxes and engines, motorcycle crankshafts and connecting rods, construction machinery hydraulic pumps and motors, textile and printing machinery, agricultural machines, and any position where radial space is extremely limited.
As a supplier partnered with ISO 9001:2015 certified factories, RAYSDE offers NA4868 at competitive ex-works pricing with shorter lead times than comparable imported brands, plus non-standard customization and OEM support. Partner factories certified to ISO 9001:2015, with 3.1 material certificates available.
Yes—CAD/DXF/PDF high-precision drawings and 3.1 material certificates (GCr15 bearing steel) for NA4868 are available on request from RAYSDE.
Drawn cup types such as the HK and BK series have no inner ring — the shaft journal surface acts directly as the raceway. The journal must therefore be hardened to HRC 58 or above with sufficient effective case depth, surface finish typically Ra ≤ 0.2 μm, and roundness and cylindricity within the required tolerance grades. If the journal cannot meet these, choose an inner-ring type such as NA or NKI so the inner ring provides the raceway. Tell us your journal heat treatment and we will recommend the type.
Standard radial needle roller bearings (HK, BK, NA, NK, RNA series) carry radial load only and no axial load. Where axial location is needed, use a combined needle and thrust bearing such as the NKX or NKXR series, or add separate thrust washers (AS series) with a thrust needle cage assembly (AXK series). Tell us the magnitude and direction of the axial load and we will help specify the combination.
