Bearing Technical FAQ

Q: How should bearings be stored to avoid degradation?

A: Store bearings in original packaging, in a dry room (RH <60%, no corrosive gas, 10-25°C), laid flat to avoid deformation, off the floor and walls to prevent damp. For long storage (>1 year) check the preservative oil before use and re-coat if needed. Never handle unpacked bearings with bare hands—skin sweat causes rust.
